Finish Line

I can start to see the finish line in this class...not a marathon - if you knew me that would be obvious!  I am starting to feel better already!   This week we are learning to use Google Apps.  Finally, this is something I am somewhat familiar with.  Boy, all the new territory I have been in sure has been difficult!  I suppose it has been good for me because I am sure this is all meant to make me feel sympathy towards my kids!  Learning new things is NOT fun!  Reminds me of trying to teach my 5-6th graders how to figure out sales tax and adding it to the cost to get a final answer. They look at me like I have three heads.  Of course kids don't know how to figure out sales tax, their parents pay for everything with a debit card!  How many kids actually use money they earned and pay for something with cash.  Probably not many!
